Suppose you are using ChatGPT or any other AI LLM chatbot to create content for your business. No matter if it’s a post for LinkedIn, or it’s a blog post for a website, or even a short copy for a landing Page. Then you will lose your business and credibility.
Because when people read generic AI content, they stop trusting you. They do not engage, they do not reply, and they do not buy. Slowly, your brand looks fake, your authority drops, and your credibility is gone.
It’s not because you are using AI, it’s because you use AI to produce low-quality generic content, and when I say low quality. It doesn’t mean your content has AI plagiarism.
Low-quality Content means your Content doesn’t solve any problem, and you don’t add your personal experience into it. Because if AI gives you content copy, it doesn’t mean it cannot provide it same to others and the same means, meanings, not exact words.
I saw a lot of people; they open the ChatGPT search and get the Content. Even if they publish that Content. Before publishing your content, you need to understand the 3 Pillars.
Because this will help you to create high-quality content, and when I mean high-quality content. It means that content that helps you to engage your audience also affects its rank on Google.
3 Pillars: understand before creating content
There are a lot of things that you need to consider while creating Content. Also, it depends on your niche and audience. But here I am providing you with some fundamental 3 pillars to understand Content.
1. What is your Goal
Before creating any content, you need to understand what your goal is and what type of audience you need to serve. For example, for digital hamza, the simple goal is to serve seo, content and branding services for businesses.
Simple, this is the goal of our business, same you need to pick your business goal. My tip is to pick a micro-niche. For example, if you have a law firm, instead of providing legal services for everyone, choose one specific industry, because this will give you a direction and help you to position yourself.
2. Understand Your Audience
Understanding about audience is the second pillar, because this will give you an idea of how many people are there, who buy your services or products. Where they spend their time, and what type of content they consume.
Audience research will give you an idea about what type of content you need to create to target them. For example, Digital Hamza first focuses on seo for everything. No matter what business you are in, just come, we do seo. But with time, we understand, instead of working for each business sector.
We need to focus on specific businesses because this will help us establish a brand around those businesses. So after choosing a business,
We configure out, how to contact them and how to target them with content to provide them with our services. What type of content do they consume, how to approach them, and what is the total market TAM?.
All of these metrics help me to choose the platforms to produce Content. For my businesses, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google are the top of the line. That’s why I’m more active on LinkedIn and Facebook. I produce daily content on LinkedIn, and I am trying to be active in Facebook groups to position Digital Hamza.
So, same for me, you need to configure out where your audience is, and when you find them, create content for them on those platforms.
3. Brand Positioning
After finding goals and an audience, the next pillar is to position yourself for them. I already gave you an example instead of a lawyer for everyone. Lawyers for real estate in Dubai make more sense. This helps you to position your company in the dubai real estate market.
For positioning, content is the key, so create content that helps you reach real estate companies. For example, tell them what Legal mistakes they are making that will ruin their business, how to sell and buy properties legally, how to solve legal issues that come up in real estate, etc.
For content, you need real estate experience, not at a master level, just basic how know. This will make you more relevant to them.
If you are doing well positioning, you will see results in just a couple of months, and your company will become a well known that provides legal services for the real estate industry.

How to create Quality content for Businesses
There are 3 simple steps that I use to create content. I will provide you my whole roadmap. Just follow it to create high quality engaging content. If you have weak English, don’t worry, you will do it. My English is also not as good as others. But I create Content that people love.
Step 01: Find Topics
Those times are gone when you find keywords and create Content. In 2026, you need to focus on Topics rather than keywords. For example, instead of writing on “How to get more leads”, create content on “How I get 10x Leads For my Real Estate Clients”.
Because these types of content Google loves, and your audience relates to it. Which will create EEAT and audience trust. So find topics rather than keywords, atleast in the start, or you combine both. Like create some articles for EEAT, some for traffic and some for sales.
For finding topics, ChatGPT will help you, but you need to learn how to properly use ChatGPT for finding topics. Don’t just put the command “Hay, give me topic ideas for seo for real estate” instead of this. You need to give it a detail prompt, for example
Role: Act like an SEO Expert & Content expert for the real estate industry
What you need to: You need to search on whole internet and provide me with some pain points on where I will create the content to solve problems.
Target: My target is to get the real estate clients from Australia
My audience: I want to onboard real estate individuals or companies with 10-15 employees
Platform I need to target: LinkedIn, Google and YouTube. So, create a table for providing content ideas for each platform.
This is the simple prompt that you need to give. ChatGPT will provide topics that are more specific and relevant, which are actually problems. But you need to modify this prompt according to your business.
Step 02: Create Basic Draft
After finding the topics, the second step is to outline the Content. In outline, you need to decide what the title of your Content is, what you will cover in this Content, and what your H2 and H3, etc.
After configuring the outline, you need to write everything on your own. Don’t worry if your English is weak; read everything on your own. Don’t use ChatGPT, because I know some people think we need to do shortcuts to save time. But my friend, there are no shortcuts in business. Also, when you write yourself, you use a flow, tone and specific style to write it.
Which is your style that ChatGPT cannot provide if you don’t know how to use it? I am not against AI content; I am against low-quality content that these AI LLMs provide. But if you are smart enough to use it, create Content by using it.
Step 03: USE Grammarly to fix English
To fix English, you need a paid grammerly, which you can get from the market. Just paste your entire content, choose the accent and then you see magic. Grammerly will fix your spelling and grammar mistakes. Also, it will give you ideas to improve some of the lines to make the content better.
When you think Content is grammar-free and English is good, read it once and publish. Here, you need to take the help of ChatGPT. Just put your Content and ask it to analyze this whole Content and suggest some improvements to make this Content more engaging.
So, all the suggestions that ChatGPT gives you, pick them and add them to your content. I know this takes time, but when you publish this content, you will see how magic will happen with time.
